3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us.
Full payment must be received before delivery unless otherwise agreed.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address specified at the time of order.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, supply issues, or other factors beyond our control.
We may require a signature or other confirmation of delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
5.1 Returning Empty Bottles
Customers are expected to return empty bottles for refill or exchange.
A deposit may be charged for each gas cylinder supplied, refundable upon return in acceptable condition.
If cylinders are not returned within 12 months, the deposit may be forfeited.
5.2 Faulty or Damaged Goods
Please inspect Goods upon delivery. If Goods are found to be damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours.
We will arrange for the return, replacement, or refund of faulty items, subject to verification.
5.3 Unused or Unwanted Goods
Due to the hazardous nature of gas products, we do not accept returns of filled gas cylinders once delivered and accepted, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Accessories or non-gas items (e.g., regulators, hoses) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return has been processed.
Refunds may be adjusted if the returned item is incomplete or damaged.
6. Safety and Use
It is your responsibility to ensure safe and proper use of the Goods.
Gas cylinders must be stored upright and in well-ventilated areas away from heat sources.

7. Liability
We are not liable for loss or damage resulting from misuse of our products.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the Goods supplied.
